In architectural style and décor clearly influenced
by the culture of the Gila River Indian Community', the 8,500
square-foot clubhouse features the golf shop, locker rooms,
and full-service restaurant.
Golf Shop
Whirlwind presents many of the top name brands in a resort
style golf shop. We feature such names as Titleist, Callaway,
Footjoy, Taylor Made, Ashworth, Tommy Bahama, Cutter &
Buck, plus many more. We also feature novelty and gift items
created by artisians from within the Gila River Indian Community.
Looking for corporate merchandise packages? - allow the team
to customize selections and logos that will fit perfectly
with your event.
Practice Facility
The practice facility at Whirlwind offers a two sided range
with plenty of target greens. You will also find three practice
putting greens & two chipping greens with bunkers. Whirlwind
boasts one of the finest practice facilities in the area and
will host The Dave Pelz Scoring Schools in the Fall of 2002.
Open to the public daily except Monday & Thursday afternoons
(closed for maintenance).
Golf Instruction
Private Instruction and group lessons are available from
Whirlwind's Professional Staff of certified PGA and LPGA instructors.
Clinics can be arranged for any occasion.
The Sheraton Wild Horse Pass Resort & Spa
