About AZ Teetimes
AZ Teetimes is the brainchild of TravelGolf.com
President and CEO, Robert Lewis, and is the culmination
of over five years of collaboration with Scottsdale native
and avid golfer, Dick Schaefer.
 Robert's
vision enabled us to create a golf package operation that
would act as the fulfillment arm of his tremendously successful
chain of internet golf publications. Dick's 18+ years of experience
in golf-related travel, spanning Resort Operations, Golf Course
Management and the Hospitality Industry, gave us the opportunity
we were looking for. Thus, a great team was born.
 As
a golfer, Dick dreamed of being able to make a living in a business
that offered him the opportunity to travel the world in pursuit
of the game which we all love. His passion for golf and his ideas
for promoting golf-related travel opened doors in the industry and
through the years has developed into a solid career. Dick's travels
have taken him to the ends of the earth and some great courses but
none of them any greater than what we are lucky to have in our own
backyard in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Along with Dick, our company is proud and fortunate to have
some of the best golf vacation experts around. A combined
35 years of experience provides the AZ Teetimes customer
with a wealth of inside information on how to navigate the
sometimes rough waters of booking a successful golf vacation
in Scottsdale. It may look easy from the outside which is
why so many try it - but we don't happen to think you can
effectively provide an Arizona golf vacation from a central
reservation service in New Jersey! We live here, we work here
and we play here.
Our focus is Scottsdale,
Phoenix and "The Valley
of The Sun" so you won't find us very helpful in planning
a golf trip to Hawaii, Florida or any other place known for
its golf. We could tell you who to call but then we would
be doing you a disservice in not persuading you to come here
- THE place, in our opinion, that ranks number one in the
world for challenging golf.
The AZ Teetimes staff has worked hard to create and maintain
excellent relationships with the wonderful golf courses and
accommodations available in Scottsdale. Whether your choice
